Call History or Contacts Not Showing in the teleCalm Caregiver App

How to quickly refresh your connection so call history and contacts show again

If your teleCalm Caregiver app shows an endless spinning circle and you don’t see any call history or contacts, you can usually fix this in just a minute or two.

What’s Happening?

When the app shows a constant “spinning” or “loading” circle and no information appears, it usually means:

  • The app is having trouble connecting to our servers, or
  • Your current session in the app has gotten “stuck”

Logging out and back in forces the app to refresh its connection and reload your data.

 

How to Fix the Endless Spinner / Missing Call History & Contacts

Follow these steps in the Caregiver app:

  1. Open the teleCalm Caregiver app

  2. Go to the Settings screen

    caregiver_app_select_settings
  3. Tap “Log Off”

    • Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and select Log Off.
    • If you’re asked to confirm, choose OK.
  4. Close and reopen the app (optional, but helpful)

    • Fully close the app:
      • iPhone/iPad: swipe up from the bottom (or double-press Home), then swipe the app away.
      • Android: open the recent apps view and swipe the app away.
    • Then tap the teleCalm icon to open the app again.
  5. Log back into the Caregiver app

    • Enter your email/username and password.
    • Tap Login and wait a few moments.
  1. Check your call history and contacts

    • After logging in, your:
      • Call history should load again
      • Contacts should appear as usual

If your call history and contacts now show correctly, you’re all set.

 

If This Does Not Fix the Problem

If you still see the endless spinner or no data after logging off and back in, try the steps below:

  1. Delete and reinstall the app

    • Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
    • Search for “teleCalm Caregiver”.
    • Tap Install to get the latest version.
    • After updating, open the app and try again.
  2. Restart your device

    • Power your phone or tablet off completely.
    • Wait 10–15 seconds.
    • Turn it back on, then open the Caregiver app and log in again.

FAQ

Will logging off and back in erase any of my data?

No. Logging off does not erase your call history, contacts, or settings in your teleCalm service. It simply refreshes your connection to our servers so the app can load your information correctly.

I forgot my password. How can I log back in?

Tap “Forgot password?” on the Sign In screen and follow the instructions. See this article for more information.

Will this issue affect my loved one’s phone service?

This app issue does not stop your loved one’s phone from working. Their phone service usually continues as normal. The problem is with what you see in the app, not with the phone line itself. If you believe their phone service is impacted, please contact support right away so we can check the line and resolve any issues.
