teleCalm’s Caregiver service lets you control exactly what Caller ID Name appears on your loved one’s phone. Whatever name you enter for a contact in the Caregiver App is what will display when that person calls—replacing any Caller ID information provided by the phone carrier.
When you add a contact like James Carrey, that name will show on the end user’s phone whenever he calls.
If you prefer to use a nickname—such as Uncle Jim—the nickname will appear instead.
