Yes, if you need to keep the same phone number, then once you sign up for service we can help process that port request with your existing phone company on your behalf. Please note that it is NOT immediate. This process usually takes about 5-7 days, but can take 2-3 weeks and there will be a $25 charge once porting is successful.
