Can I upgrade or downgrade the Caregiver plans later?

Changing your plan is simple.
The teleCalm Caregiver service uses the same adapter for both internet and cellular connections, so you can upgrade or downgrade your service at any time.
If you start with Caregiver over cellular and later find that WiFi or internet is a better fit, you can move to Caregiver over internet and save $10 per month. If you begin with Caregiver over internet and decide that cellular works better for your situation, you can upgrade for just $10 more per month.
You can also add the Priority Response service at any time to help manage unnecessary 9-1-1 calls through our EMT Call Center.
