Can I use a Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) device with teleCalm?

Yes! You can use a PERS device with teleCalm, however there are a couple steps to get things setup.

1. Contact PERS manufacturer to see what numbers the device will call in an emergency
2. Contact teleCalm Support by Clicking Here, and submitting a support form with the phone numbers needed. We will then add them as emergency contacts.
3. Once the contact has been created you can then plug-in and use the PERS device.

By allowing us to set up the Emergency Contact first it will permit the PERS device to communicate freely when is it registering, and when an emergency takes place by ignoring any Quiet Hours or Repeat Dialing rules that may be active.
