Can my loved one make or receive international calls?

International calling is supported by our service, to enable outgoing international calls, you can add our flat-rate International Calling Plan for an additional $5 per month. Simply submit a support ticket to activate this feature on your line.

teleCalm supports both domestic and international calling.

For calls within the local area code, we support both 7-digit and 10-digit dialing. Contact phone numbers entered in the Caregiver app should be entered as 10-digits.

For long-distance calls in the US and Canada, simply dial the 10-digit area code and phone number (e.g., 999-555-1212). You can also dial the ‘1’ in front of the phone number, but it isn’t required. Contact phone numbers entered in the Caregiver app should be entered as 10-digits.

For international calls, dial 011 + country code + phone number. International numbers should be entered into the Caregiver app without the 011.
