Do you offer Call Waiting functionality?

We do not provide call waiting functionality. We have found that call waiting can be confusing and stressful for seniors with dementia, who would hear beeping during an active call and may not remember how to switch between calls.

Instead, when a trusted contact calls a senior who is already on the phone, they will hear a busy signal. This way, they will know that the senior is engaged in another conversation and they can try again later.
