Does teleCalm service provide Caller-ID?
Personalized Caller ID: Helping Seniors Recognize Loved Ones and Empowering Caregivers for Safer, Worry-Free Communication
teleCalm provides enhanced Caller ID information on all incoming and outgoing calls.
Incoming Calls: Unlike standard home phone services that often display only a phone number or a generic city and state, teleCalm shows the caller’s name exactly as entered in the Caregiver app—including personalized entries like “Aunt Helen” or other meaningful nicknames. This familiar and personal touch helps seniors quickly recognize who is calling, reducing confusion and supporting safer, more positive phone interactions. In addition, Caller ID details are available directly within the Caregiver app, giving caregivers complete oversight of incoming calls in real-time. Most home phone handsets connected to teleCalm display both the caller’s name and number, although some models may show the name only. This feature reinforces safety, convenience, and peace of mind for both seniors and their families.
Outgoing Calls: By default, teleCalm displays the end user’s first initial and last name as the outgoing caller ID. Caregivers can request a custom outgoing caller ID to better suit their loved one’s needs. To personalize your outgoing caller ID, simply contact support@teleCalmProtects.com.
