How can I discontinue/cancel my service with teleCalm?
We know that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your service with teleCalm. If you or your loved one is no longer able to use the teleCalm phone service, please select “Cancel Service” on the teleCalm Support page. We will then send you an email with information about returning the teleCalm equipment. teleCalm will turn off service on the effective date you specify and your monthly subscription will be cancelled. Incoming and outgoing calls will not be connected and any Caregiver App access will be terminated..
To complete your cancellation, you must return the teleCalm equipment in good working order within 14 days of your requested cancellation date, or be subject to an equipment loss fee. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
