How can I turn off the notification dot for the Caregiver app on my Android phone?

  •  If you are receiving a notification dot on the top of your Android phone every time the teleCalm Caregiver app updates the call history, here are the steps to disable that notification dot. You can watch this video to walk you through the process.



    To turn off the notification dot:

    1. Tap and hold the teleCalm Caregiver app icon, then select App info.
    2. On the info screen, tap Notifications. (Your text could vary based on Android phone model)
On the Notifications screen, turn off Miscellaneous and Allow Notification dot.
