How do I change the teleCalm rules settings?

In the Caregiver app, the teleCalm Rules must be turned on for all the features of teleCalm to work correctly.
If the rules are turned off there is no screening of your loved one's calls, either incoming or outgoing.
To turn the rules on, go to the Settings screen on the Caregiver App. To enable the features of teleCalm, turn on "Enable the teleCalm Rules Engine."
To screen outgoing calls, turn on "Enable Outgoing Call Rules."
