How do I turn on the teleCalm Rules Engine in the Caregiver app?

In the teleCalm Caregiver app, the teleCalm Rules must be enabled for all features of teleCalm to work correctly.

If the rules are disabled, incoming and outgoing calls for your loved one will not be screened.

Steps to enable the teleCalm Rules Engine

1. Navigate to the Settings screen in the teleCalm Caregiver app.
2. Turn on Enable the teleCalm Rules Engine to enable all features of teleCalm.
3. Turn on Enable Outgoing Call Rules to screen outgoing calls.
