How do I reset my password in the Caregiver app?

 

You can easily reset your password in the Caregiver app.

  1. Select [Forgot password] on the login screen
  2. Enter your login email and tap [Request]
  3. Enter the code you received via text message*
  4. Enter your new password and tap [Change Password]

If you don’t receive a text message within 60 seconds with your security code, try texting START to 855-929-2256, then repeat the steps above.

* NOTE: An SMS containing a code will be sent to the cell phone number linked to the Caregiver’s account (account holder). If you are an alternate user, kindly reach out to the account holder in order to reset the password.
