The teleCalm service operates on a month-to-month basis, meaning there is no long-term contract required. Customers have the flexibility to cancel their service at any time without being locked into a specific duration. This arrangement allows users to try the service without the commitment of a lengthy contract.

To cancel service, customers can fill out the online cancellation form. They will then receive an email with instructions on where to return the teleCalm adapter within 14 days.
