This is a great choice when care needs change temporarily, or when the phone won’t be used for a while but you still want to keep everything in place for later.

- Your monthly cost is reduced to $15 per month while on hold
- Available for any teleCalm service after 60 days of active service
- Best used for pauses lasting more than two weeks
- No need to return or disconnect equipment—just leave everything as it is
- Phone service is temporarily disabled (no incoming or outgoing calls)
- Caregivers keep full access to the Caregiver App during the hold
- Any incoming voicemails will still appear in the app for caregivers
- Billing continues automatically at the reduced rate
