What is a port out PIN and do I need one to move a number to teleCalm?

Many phone carriers require you to provide a port out or number transfer PIN. It is an account level code that gives authorization to the carrier to move the phone number. 

Contact your old carrier to request a port out PIN and include it in your online port out form, or LOA.
