What is the Personal Block List?

Calls from numbers on the Personal Block List do not ring through to the loved one, and they are not allowed to leave a voicemail. Strangers do not need to be added to the Block List unless you do not want them to leave a voicemail in the Caregiver App, or you want to prevent your loved one from calling the blocked number. There is no need to add every stranger caller to the block list, as all calls from strangers will be automatically prevented from reaching your loved one when the teleCalm Rules feature is activated in the Settings Tab.
