What is the Priority Response add-on to the Caregiver service?

With our Priority Response Service, calls to 9-1-1 will connect your loved one to a U.S.-based emergency response center. An EMT certified operator will speak with your loved one to determine the issue, then contact you to determine if emergency assistance is required.

The Priority Response Service is available to teleCalm Caregiver subscribers for an additional $12.99 per month ($68.98/mo total). The monthly service includes up to four (4) 9-1-1 calls per month, with additional 9-1-1 calls billed $2 per call. This is a month-to-month service and can be canceled at any time.
